I finished “The Entourage” on Saturday. I wasn’t planning on finishing it when I sat down. It just sort of happened. As always, I am so glad to have completed another painting. I really wish I could show you in person…if you live in town stop by, because you really get a better sense of the space and colors when you see it for yourself. The best I can do is show you this picture:
I know that I’ve been horrible at posting updates on work…mainly because I haven’t been doing much work. But I’m starting to get my groove back now that it’s (gulp) August. I like to blame my summer laziness on the school system. How can I help being lazy in the summer? After all, I’ve been programmed this way.

I love how the light in the back sends strong shadows… I love Asher’s skin tones… I think a second pix of ASher with a smile would show his ability to experience extreme joy.
